Over the past several years of working for different organizations, I have realized that their isn’t enough information provided easily to HR Professionals besides paying a bunch of money to your HR Attorney. So I thought to myself: “How can I help other people in HR be successful and provide them with the right information all at the same location?” The answer? Start a blog where people can chime in and take a look at all sorts of topics in HR and get the right answers, not some political garbage that is out there all the time. On top of this there are free tools that I have developed that I wish I had back when I was working for my previous employers and I am giving them to you for free.
